I totally understand how you feel. Unfortunately, I have had several miscarriages. After my first miscarriage, I had trouble conceiving and saw a fertility specialist. After about 6 months (and two failed IUIs), I finally conceived a healthy baby. After my second miscarriage, it only took me two months to conceive. So, it was kind of random for me. I did get one of those Clearblue fertility monitors which indicate your high and peak fertility days. Although some people on this board have not found success with the monitor, I have found it extremely useful at least to indicate that I am ovulating. Also, if you are a late ovulator like me, it gives you a better window than trying to guess on your own. So, it could be a matter of timing. Good luck and I hope you are successful!
