| you just want the cake in a loaf form right? What type of loaf form do you have glass, metal? Just bake it like banana bread or pound cake, maybe reduce the temp from 350 to 335, bake for 45-55 min., make sure the center is cooked. Also, line the bottom of pan with parchment paper or coat with a 1 to 4 mix of flour to melted butter. |

| OP here. Thanks, 19:51. That is indeed what I meant. I was just afraid if I cooked it in loaf pans it would come out too soft. I used disposable holiday pans, but took the advice about reducing the temp and making sure the center was done. So far they look good, but I haven't tried cutting them. Thanks for your help, 15:14! |
| OP, just so you know, I used carrot cake mix once and baked them in mini muffin tins. Worked out fine. |
