| I have long legs, but they look bulky. This year I have reduced my weight by regular excercise by 30+ lbs. I intend to keep on excercising. But legs still look bulky, and my lower legs have some spider veins. How do I improve the look of my legs. I want to wear sundresses and skirts in summer. Please suggest exercises and anything else. |

Did your weight loss involve lifiting weights?
Highly recommend lifting heavy weights. Lots of squats, weighted lunges and deadlifts. This will add muscle and tone your legs. muscle is mroe dense than fat and will make your legs smaller. Do not believe the myth that weight traing will makes you bulky. it will not. Fat over muscle makes you bulky. |

Are you able to start running? I've noticed that my runner friends tend to have nicer (thinner, more defined) legs than some of my friends who don't run. I'm a runner and I've always loved my legs.
unfortunately, the spider veins are probably an issue for a dermatologist. You've got time before summer to take care of that. |
