Fighting DC camera speed ticket

I am fighting a Benning Rd/295 speed cam ticket that I received back in March 2012. I put in a fantastic response the following month. Since April, all I see on the website is "A mail adjudication request was received for this ticket. You will be notified when a decision is made." It's freakin December. I thought decisions are made within 6 months or my pizza is free.

Is anyone else experiencing this amazing DC Government efficiency?

Were you indeed driving over the speed limit and just made excuses in your "fantastic response"?

I was indeed under the limit. An unbiased adjudicator would agree with my argument and evidence. I am just hoping that an adjudicator sees it. I am afraid it will be lost forever in the DC Government and ten years from now I will have my car booted on the streets because they still think I owe money for a bogus speed cam ticket.
