Alternatives to FSAFEDs dependant care accounts

Are there alternatives to the FSAFEDS dependent care accounts?
Their employees suck.

You can choose to just use the childcare tax deduction, but for people with higher salaries it doesn't save you as much money.

I've never had to interact with an actual person to get my reimbursements. Sign up online, fax in the claim form 2x a year and done.

I signed up for FSAFEDS dependant care and a health care account yesterday, over the phone. Couldn't have been easier, and the person I dealt with was perfectly professional, highly competent, and very nice.

+! and I've been doing FSAFEDs for 6 years. Never once dealt with one of their employees

I called with a question yesterday. Got a real person quickly. She answered my question accurately. Very satisfied.
