Good lunch place Downtown for holiday meal with staff?

Looking for an affordable place to take staff to lunch. We work near the White House, but can travel some. There are 10 of us and I'd like the keep it to $20/person, tax and tip included.
Somewhere interesting or fun, not stuffy. |
