Anyone have a really great PCP in or near Alexandria?

I need to change doctors and have a history of migraines that are becoming more frequent. I am looking for someone that will address all aspects of my health. I've been to a neurologist but he didn't seem to look at things holistically and I have some other health concerns and symptoms that overlap.

I really liked my doctor, Larraine (or Laraine?) T. Field in the Franconia area, but she joined that MDVIP concierge thing. If you don't mind paying the concierge fee, plus having your insurance billed, she's good -- very thorough.

What is MDVIP?

Thanks! Do you happen to know how much the concierge fee was and was it billed monthly or annually?

I think it was about $1,600. There might have been quarterly or semiannual payment options.

Anyone else? Both of the doctors suggested are at full capacity.

Bump.

My great doctor is going MDVIP too. I have good insurance; don't really need to pay twice.

My last two PCPs switched to MDVIP. Ridiculous. I just go directly to specialists now (don't need referral) or use Urgent Care for the small shit.

I really like mine. Dr Castillo-Catoni.
