Opinion on dinner timing

Hi
My husband and are are going to see a show at the Kennedy center in a couple of weeks. It is a Saturday show, 7:30pm. We are eating at dish + drinks nearby and will be walking (arg) from there to KC. Question: I have made our reservations for dinner for 5:30. Is this early enough for a relaxing dinner, walking, settle into seats and be on time, without feeling rushed? Or should I change res for 5? Thanks! |

| Why don't you take a cab from the restautant? |

| Call the restaurant and ask. If it's within walking distance of the KC, then they probably have enough other diners doing this that they know exactly what will work. |

| I'd go to dinner at 5. Probably want to shoot to be at the KC at 7PM. If you are running early, drinks at the restaurant bar. |
