| Tonight we made turkey panini. Usually I make a turkey soup and turkey salad, but am am looking for some other ideas. Someone posted about a turkey pot pie. That sounds delicious! |

| I made turkey pot pie, it came out really well and I have one leftover for the freezer. I left the white meat for sandwiches and used the dark meat and all the scraps I got off the bird after boiling for stock for the pies. |
