FHA Lender Recommendations?

| We are hoping to buy within the next year or so and are learning about FHA loans. I've heard horror stories about Bank of America, so I'm wondering if anyone has used a lender in the area and had a smooth loan application/home purchase/closing? |

| I got 3.125% with an FHA with Prosperity / Wells Fargo. And I think they are giving away up to $20,000 for down payments if you buy in DC with the Lift program. |
