What's for dinner the rest of this week (NOT for Thanksgiving)?

Anonymous
I am having trouble figuring out this week's menu as I want to cook ahead a little for Thanksgiving. I don't want to be making stews, roasts etc. before Thanksgiving, partially because I won't have room to store all those leftovers plus everything for Thanksgiving.

So what are you making for dinners up to Thanksgiving?

Tonight, grilled chicken and salad. Tomorrow, likely leftovers. Tuesday night we're traveling so, unfortunately, probably McDonald's in the car. Wednesday night will be pasta and salad.
Thursday, obviously.
Friday night, soup
Saturday night, grilled steaks
Sunday, not sure. Back home from traveling and haven't planned yet.

Simple meals. Pasta with grilled chicken for Monday night. Vegatable soup with grilled cheese sandwiches on Tuesday -- hopefully there will be soup leftovers for Wednesday and we can do quesadilla with veggies

Tonight: grilled cheese and vegetable soup. Tomorrow: Spaghetti. Tuesday: We will probably go out for something simple- burgers or Chipotle. Wednesday we will be down at the family house we are gathering at and will probably do something simple that night. Friday will be leftovers!!

Last night I made an asian noodle salad, and tonight had those leftovers with sweet potatoes.

Tomorrow, a simple rice and beans dish, and probably steam a veggie to go with it. Leftovers of that Tuesday night.

Haven't figured out Wednesday, have to go to WF to pick up the turkey so might just get a light takeout from there.

It's been leftovers all weekend, to clear out the fridge and make space. This week, it'll be soup/sandwich type of meals.
Probably black bean tacos one night.

Yum!

And onions, or black beans, or avocado, or chorizo, or cilantro ....

Tonight: spring rolls and rice (will freeze whatever filling we don't need for another time. We'll just make enough for tonight and tomorrow's lunch)

Tomorrow: leftover meat sauce that I had in the freezer with pasta. Salad.

Wednesday: I'm not cooking much, if at all. Maybe grilled cheese or quesadillas.

Should have added Friday-Sunday. Leftovers of course! Sandwiches and turkey hash.

Mon: leftover chili
Tue: either leftover chili or hot dogs
Wed: BIL is supposed to plan, but probably mac & cheese (homemade by him) and grilled steaks, or stromboli.
Th: turkey day
Fri: leftovers for lunch, possibly taco bar for dinner
Sat: more leftovers for lunch, out to eat

When we've hosted, we've had soup (from the crockpot) or stroganoff over noodles on Wednesday night. A few leftovers are not a deal breaker and help for lunches.

Egg/cheese sandwiches tonight, with bean salad.
Last night was chili over rice, freezing the rest.
