Any ideas on how to use up armaretto flavored coffee creamer?

I accidentally bought the wrong flavor of coffee creamer and got the armaretto flavor instead. DH nor I like the flavor and now I'm stuck with this big open quart. Any good recipes out there to use it up?

Anything you make with it will taste like amaretto. And you'll probably spend more on ingredients than you spent on the creamer.

I recommend leaving it open near the sink and then accidentally knocking it over. Oops! All gone!
