Our sweet lab spent Thanksgiving week at the below place last year and was very happy there. It's a free-run boarding place where the dogs have to "interview" in advance to ensure that everyone is the temperment to get along. A human is present nearly all of the time. Our dog had some quirks (would eat anything not bolted down), and they were great about proofing the place for him. He came home very happy and having had a great week. We found them reasonable too, and they pick up and drop off your dog!
