Recommend a camcorder for me

I'd like something I can use to record stuff like my kids playing sports, birthday parties, family get together, etc. Ive been asked to record my child's soccer games for team review so I definitely want something decent when it comes to that. This is just 12 year old kids so nothing super fancy but somethign that will be able to capture the game with decent quality. I'd also like to be able to share and watch the videos fairly easily.

I havent bought a camcorder in a long time.. I have one of those ancient gigantic ones that takes a cassette tape. I was thinking of getting something pocket size this time.

Any suggestions? I'm thinking in the price range below $200.
