I am pretty sure the bottom layer was chocolate cake from scratch - with something the consistency of brownie mix in the middle and hardened chocolate on top - IT WAS SOOOOOO GOOOD!

OP here, it was served to me by my daughter's daycare provider, made by her daughter in-law, I have asked for the recipe, but so far no luck - there is also a bit of a language issue.

I am afraid it is not the flour-less cake - thanks anyway

OP here- Texas Sheet Cake might be it- it definitely resembled that - I am going to try it-

If anyone else has ideas please keep posting, in case it is not Texas sheet cake

They are from Pakistan, so I am not sure if it would be a recipe from there. I am not super familiar with the cuisine.
