Question about frozen chicken parmesan

A couple weeks ago, I made chicken parmesan for dinner. I froze a couple of the filets and want to make them tonight for dinner. My question is: should I put into the oven straight from the freezer to warm through, or should I let them thaw? I'm worried if I take them out to thaw the breading will get really soggy and gross. Thanks for your help!
