Safe Playtime using Exersaucer

I am a first time mom of six month old lovely baby boy. Recently I just bought him an Evenflow Exersaucer. It seems that he likes it very much. However when he used it he always tends to stand flat footed and not tip toe. We increase the height already and since our baby boy quite tall he still can stand up flat footed. My concern is is it okay for him to stand flat footed and also how long the best time period he can spend a day in the Exersaucer?

no, he's not supposed to be able to stand flat footed in the saucer. Return it and get another one with a higher max height.

Curious -- why can't they stand flat-footed in an exersaucer?

His center of gravity is higher and therefore he can topple over more easily (like he if goes to reach for things).

It isn't clear though...is your son standing freely in the exersaucer or sorta "floating" - are his feet (and bent knees) supporting his weight or is the saucer supporting him?

Can an older baby - who can already pull up to standing - stand flat footed? I had no idea exersaucers had that limitation (mine is second hand, so i never read any instructions)

He can stand with straight leg and the knee is not bend at all. So, is it not safe if I let him use it? Is it any Exersaucer with higher height? I have the ABC one.

I don't know about the height issue, but is is good if he stands flat footed. My sister is a pediatric physical therapist and treats older infants who have become "toe walkers" because they spent too much time in positions (such as in an exersaucer) in which they constantly are putting weight on their toes only. Not that exersaucers are bad - but at 6 months you should be encouraging your son to stand flat footed when he practices pulling up to standing, and you should limit time in the exersaucer to no more than 2 20 minute sessions per day.
