| As a matter of fact, there was an interesting article on this on maybe Jezebel? a few weeks ago. Essentially, the gist of it was that Republican women tend to be "more attractive" because of the belief system that they buy into- that women play a certain role in society. Women who are Democrats do NOT buy into those ideals and tend to be less focused on being a "proper Democratic woman" and more focused on the issues they are passionate about. I can't find it now, but it was an interesting read. |

Totally agree OP. I think if you grow up as an unattractive woman it must profoundly shape your worldview. Anger, resentment, aggression towards a society that puts beauty almost above all else. I feel sorry for them.
