| Hey ladies. Do you wear khaki pants? I've been told by DD and MIL that it's a hopelessly outdated look. But they seem so versatile and comfortable. |
Yes I wear khakis and chinos and look good doing it. I'd never ever take advice from my MIL on what to wear
|
| Khaki (to me) refers to a specific beige color- and that never goes out of style. |
| Khaki and black describe 75% or more of the color of pants in my work wardrobe. They go with every color top. I'm a teacher and I don't have a lot of money to spend on work clothes (and even if I did, I'd rather spend it on something else). |

Khaki colored pants ( dress pants) ... Yes
Khaki cotton pants... Never .. |
| Like chinos? No, but I'm not against them. I just don't own any. |
| I do not own any khaki colored pants. I am sure that once I reach 50 plus I will but in my twenties and I wouldn't wear them. Black is sexy. |
|
Yes. Khakis aren't really something that can go out of style...they are just regular pants. Not a trend or something that fades in or out.
I'm 27, if that matters in my assessment
|
| I own a pair of khaki cigarette pants, and I get compliments all the time. They go with just about every color. |
| What are cigarette pants? Are you thin? |
| Cigarette pants are form fitting pants, but not tight like skinny jeans. I am thin, but this style makes me look thinner because there isn't excess fabric around my legs. |
| khakis -- hell no. (especially pleated ones are HELL NO.) khaki colored cigarette pants -- good. |
|
I do not wear khaki colored pants (actual khakis or wool dress pants that are tan-ish). This is because I am overweight and carry most weight in my lower half.
I like the look on bird-leg women, I'm just not one of them. |
Where did you get them? What brand do you like? |
| Cigarette pants or capris, good. Otherwise I look super frumpy. |
