Why are you getting so fearful over information? The virus is what it is. People will die. No need to be so scared. |

| Fredericksburg is in Rova. |
I am new to Virginia. What does Rova mean? |
|
Rest of Virginia.
Fredericksburg is nothing like Fairfax as far as vaccines or masking. |
Rest of VA. Vs NoVA which is Northern VA (Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun and PWC). |
You sound like a criminal. |
Fredericksburg is not Fairfax County - lots of MAGA unvaccinated people in Fredericksburg. |
Schools should shut probably down for cases of every virus case, not just this one. People act like no one ever dies of other viruses and it's just irresponsible. |

"Breakthrough" cases/infections. Like it's so rare. Like they haven't BEEN saying that the injections don't stop people from contracting or spreading. |
| There is a Washington post article about a teacher in California that took of her mask to read a book and now half the class has covid. I can’t read it because of Paywall. Anyone read it?! Curious what it says and what’s really true about the title. |
Masks required, kids socially distanced, and desks six feet apart. Teacher was unvaccinated and had nasal congestion. She assumed it was allergies and took her mask off for story time,. "By the time she learned she was positive for the coronavirus two days later, half her class of 24 had been infected — nearly all of them in the two rows closest to her desk — and the outbreak had spread to other classes, siblings and parents, including some who were fully vaccinated." The county says don't blame the teacher. She only briefly took off the mask for story session. Case highlights the danger of in-person learning for the unvaccinated under-12 age group - per the CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky. "A simulation posted this month by a CDC-funded lab predicted that in elementary schools without either masks or regular testing, more than 75 percent of children might be infected with the coronavirus in the first three months." NIH still not expecting to have EUA for vaccines for under 12 before end of year or even early 2022. "That forecast has spurred alarm among some public officials and health providers, with more than 180,000 new child covid-19 cases confirmed in the week ending Aug. 19 — an up to 20-fold increase over weeks in June when summer breaks began." |
