You mean the photo of a kid smiling pleasantly and maintaining eye contact as an adult bangs a drum and chants in his face? That photo? Yeah, the only thing shameful in it is the adult who targeted the kid and won’t leave him alone.

It has to be answered for.

This, exactly. The Post ran with the false story that the kids - specifically Sandmann - were the antagonists. The exact opposite is true. The Post maligned Sandmann and should be held accountable.

Do you even read the Post? Doesn't sound like it.

Used to, until we decided it was time to end our subscription. We have no patience with a “news source” that injects its own bias into every story it covers. Enjoy. It’s clearly right up your alley.

You can't tell opinion articles from reporting?

Sorry. That sounds tough.

Actually, it sounds like you’re having difficulty with that distinction. Hint: news reports should carry not even a whiff of bias. The Post can’t even manage that.

(Cue the predictable whataboutism).

Sorry. The original article was not an opinion article. Even the half a$$ retraction published on March 1 clearly refers to "reporting". Try again.

I would say all of the above is true about you and anyone else berating a kid for doing nothing wrong while the adults around him act like morons.

Same here

For a liberal source, it did a lot of teacher bashing.

The post reported that they harassed and blocked the path of a Native American elder. Jerks or not, that didn’t happen.

I suppose we'll find out if that is defamatory.

It is irrelevant that they are Catholic. Your bigotry and hatred are showing.
It is irrelevant what they were there for. I don't think the Native American's or Black Israelites were there to "see the city", either.
Did you see the part of the video were Sandmann was actually trying to stop one of the kids from engaging with Phillips while he was beating his drum and chanting? I guess not. If you think the kids are "idiots", please give your description of the adults (NA's, BI's) involved. I'm all ears.

At the very least, it was a lie. I wonder if Phillips can be sued for defamation?
