(To say nothing of the fact that "classic liberalism" typically means rule of law + civil liberties + very limited regulation, which actually sounds more like what Republicans claim to support.)

No, his license was suspended, and he and his insurer decided to settle the claim AFTER it was dismissed. There was no admission of liability or wrongdoing. Jones and her slimy lawyers got what they wanted: $$$.

NP. The fact that he lied under oath about Monica Lewinsky proves that he lies. That lent credence to the rest of the allegations, at least in my mind.
