Not really. It's a sought after school district, not too far from 66/beltway/Vienna metro, and the houses and townhomes going for 600k+ tend to be new builds or very upgraded. Growth has been steady and not off the charts the past couple of years. Things like Mosaic are making the area within a few miles outside the beltway more attractive. We're not out in some boonies nowhere near transit or jobs, but thanks for pretending you know anything about the area.
