FCV dad in full spin mode. Ecnl is a scam. Everyone who left Loudoun went to fcv and is happier now. Coaches left Loudoun for fcv and are happier now. Smells really desperate for a club that can’t even tell parents who the coach is or where they will practice and play next season.

RP is a coach from NVA, not FCV.

FCV is going through some things at the moment, but if you're interested in a club the best option is to reach out and let your DD experience the environment herself and relay what she thinks back to you. This board is full of a lot of biased opinions but your real answer will be getting out to a club and experiencing it first hand for a couple sessions.

I really don't know BP first hand but seeing that he's receiving national youth coach of the year honors at the united soccer coaches convention must have something behind it, I really don't know much about that organization so thats just me assuming.

If BP were to leave FCV they would lose a large amount of players unless they hired someone on that made it worth staying. Not saying a large amount would go to VDA, but many would disperse all over the rest of the clubs shaking things up. I just don't see many of those GA players or families remaining there if that happens.

speaking for the girls my dd is saying her fcv classmates are running to loudoun and other places as they consolidate teams. Definitely a disturbance in the force as nva are annoyed at the idea of a crowded id sessions. School is buzzzzzzing . Parents dont wanna travel far for soccer but that evergreen door is closing… tick tick tick
