Does anyone know her? Does she still have her job? Will she get jail time?

I can’t imagine she gets jail time. Her husband is dead, she’s left to raise these kids on her own, her professional prospects have been destroyed, and she will have a child endangerment conviction on her record. It’s enough. People that drive drunk and don’t hurt anyone don’t go to jail, even though someone could have been hurt. She made a terrible choice and her kids weren’t harmed.
