Why is my old neighbor mowing his lawn almost every day. Do I have recourse to report him?

+1 I think there are quite a few OCD, highly anxious posters on this site. They complain about so many things--from noises to family members.

No, you have no right to report him. He may break up the sections by the day if it is too much for him to do in a day. It is not your business. BTW dandelions grow fast.
