| Yes, in downtown DC. My 3 yr old is still not asleep because he keeps coming to the living room telling us "listen, mommy, the big rain" He's terrified and DH had to lie next to him. It will be a looong night... |

| Just heard 2 very loud booms in a 5 minute period in McLean. We can't tell what the sound was and it's hard to see if any trees are down. We thought maybe it was a transformer, but everyone seems to have power still. |
