| I specifically asked my boss about this on Friday. At my agency, we are allowed to regularly TW one day per week. It was my understanding that unscheduled TW was outside the one day per week rule. My boss said no. I then asked my HR office and they said the one day per week rule was for regularly scheduled TW and did not impact unscheduled TW if authorized by OPM. However, the latest I got fom my boss was no. So, unless our agency issues guidance that makes clear the distinction between the two types of TW, I will be using AL, even though I am ready/willing/able to TW, and OPM permits it. |

| Daycare is closed tomorrow and Tuesday so I will be doing some combo of leave and telework (during naps) if we aren't outright closed. My boss is very flexible. |
