| Mine broke once (a few months after purchase). I called and they replaced for free. Haven't had a problem since (it's been about a year now). |
| Mine broke about a week ago and then my 4 y/o dropped my NT and cracked the screen. It was still under warranty so they just replaced it. I haven't decided If I want to take it down there and swap it out just to have an extra or not. |

| No problems with mine. Do you use the tablet when it's plugged in? My iPhone cable frayed and died from me bending it funny to type on the phone while it was charging. |

| OP here. One cord we had just stopped charging, and with the two others, the metal plug that goes into the NOOK got bent when the NOOK fell on the floor. We have the warranty and have been able to receive free replacements. Our warranty runs out in January, though. Then we'll have to start paying if it happens again. I don't know why I said we have had it a year and a half. We've had it since January. I don't believe it has even been out a year yet. |
