Just wondering...will trick or treating be affected with down trees and power outages? |
Yes. |
Are you serious? |
Yes. And Yes!!!! (as in terrific). |
LOL |
um -- yes. |
Maybe various counties will push back trick or treating to another day if conditions are bad on Wednesday. |
Wow, I didn't realize trick-or-treating was county regulated... I thought it was done by the State... |
I'm gonna say, "No." Let the trick or treating go on as planned!! |
You may be right. I grew up in another state where they did it by county, and figured in the case of Sandy some counties may be badly affected and others not at all. Would they move trick-or-treating for the whole state if so? |
HTF should we know, OP? We'll know when you know! Geez. |
Not sure yet.

This made my afternoon! |
Are you guys being serious? I can't tell if you're joking. I've never heard of this. In NYC, if it rains halloween, trick or treating was skipped and you just ate whatever your parents were going to hand out. Unless you lived in a building, then you were good either way. |
Me too, I literally just laughed out loud. |
