where to find bambas?

Anyone seen these at local stores? They're an israeli snack - basically peanut butter flavored cheetos but healthier. Allergist recommended them as a way to keep my son regularly exposed to peanut butter. amazon has them but only in pkgs of 24 for $50. Thanks!

They are an Israeli snack food. The Giant in Van Ness sells them in the kosher part of the ethnic aisle. We buy them all the time. They are really tasty. Have you thought about peanut butter Puffins (cereal typically in the organic or healthy aisle - also at the Van Ness Giant). Good luck.

I see them all the time at Giant or Safeway. They also have them at Koshermart in Rockville.

great suggestion on Puffins - I had not thought of that but I'm guessing DS will love them (sweet and crunchy!). Thanks!

I would pass that rec along to your allergist. It is ridiculous to recommend such an obscure snack to parents.
