OP here. I ordered from Crisp & Juicy. Had to pick it up but the chicken and sides were delicious and very reasonably priced.

Carbon in the Rockville Town Square. Don't know if they deliver but the chicken is great.

The Chicken Place in Wheaton. They do deliver but I don't know if they have a range and if you are out of range or not. You can even order on-line.
