| If an Nanny is working for you 30 hours a week (part-time) what would be reasonable offer re: paid time off and sick days? |

| For paid time off, I would give 60 hours (two 30 hour weeks). If our nanny was sick - which she was one day in two years for a doctor appointment, we gave her the day off with pay. |
