Looking for a closet maker

I'm not really sure what trade I want to hire. I need to have shelves and drawers put in all of our closets. I've been to container store, ca closets, euro design , and closet stretchers. It finally hit me today why I don't like any of them. I want a closet system made out of wood, not Mdf or hdf covered in laminate. And not plastic interiors for the drawers. Can someone recommend a solution? The name of a closet company that uses wood or a good finish carpenter that does closets well. Thank you for your help.
