I want black boots that are comfortable, functional, and waterproof (for walking in snow/rain). I also plan to wear them to my 'relaxed' business casual office occasionally, with jeans to run errands, etc. I have furry boots that I wear 24/7 and I'm looking for an alternative that's a little less casual and that looks better with jeans (not skinny jeans - I am a pear and they look bad on me).

I think they're great - pretty casual but it sounds like that's okay. (definitely not as casual as furry)

OP here - also found two more options. Thanks for the input so far. DH just said, 'They look like Mad Max boots.'
