Here’s the video. |
This is stupid. While you can video police in public places- you have to stay a safe distance away and not interfere. Following them is a gray area and risky. If someone was following you for an extended time, you’d probably call the police, right? It’s threatening and suspicious behavior to be following someone in your car, especially law enforcement/federal agents, and can be considered interference or intimidation. They can absolutely pull you over and get you out and question/detain you for that. Don’t believe it- Go try and follow any other law enforcement officer around while they are on duty and see what happens. |

So far we know of these pardoned Jan 6 insurrectionists currently enmeshed in ICE:
Jared Wise: Arrested for actions on January 6, 2021—including urging rioters to kill law enforcement. Following his pardon, he was appointed to the Department of Justice as an “adviser.” Jake Lang: Arrested for attacking police officers with a bat on January 6, 2021. Following his pardon, he led a pro-ICE "crusader march" in Minneapolis. David Medina: Arrested for breaking into the Capitol and vandalizing the nameplate over Nancy Pelosi’s office. Following his pardon, he was seen riding in the motorcade of DHS Secretary Kristi Noem in October 2025. Prompted by concerns that ICE, under a new directive to expand its force, is lowering hiring standards and potentially courting individuals with backgrounds in extremist militias. House Judiciary Committee Democrats have formally requested that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Justice (DOJ) produce records regarding the hiring of January 6th riot participants. |
I noticed you neglected to discuss how they all had weapons drawn at her. |
Hi Stephen Miller. You can’t impede someone from behind. But we all know your useful idiots are getting away with that “logic”. For now. |
Who is police? Even if you think that ice is police, they are in unmarked cars. Driving on roads is legal. |
While not illegal to “drive on the road” following anyone is suspicious behavior and harassing and police or ice can absolutely stop you- we don’t know how closely she was following either, if she attempted to stop or slow their travel at any point. It also isn’t illegal for officers to draw their weapons if they are feeling threatened. |
There's a reasonableness requirement to feeling threatened and yes "brandishing" a weapon at someone is illegal. |
So, you're saying, I need to get a gun to protect myself from rabid Minnesotans, that randomly attack people in cars, because they think they might be ICE? |
Yeah let's go with the assumption that AFTER Good and Pretti this woman was following them closely and attempted to stop or slow their travel and that they were reasonably afraid for their safety. Let's not assume that these guys who hold their weapons like gang members and are part of an organization that has lied to the media and judges repeatedly were the ones in the wrong. |
Because she could have attacked them and tin them over she's not following the order to get our if the car and obstructing |
| Civilians trying to identify people as ICE and following them is extremely dangerous. |
This is where we are heading unless, you know, ICE leaves and ordinary Minnesota citizens aren’t on hair trigger. |
Not a lawful order. |
If only DHS would operate the way it did for 20 years...it managed to not kill any US citizens this entire century. In just over a year of Trump it killed two. |
