Any good delivery options in Chevy Chase, DC or Chevy Chase, MD?

I want to have some food delivered to a friend that just had a baby. They live in Chevy Chase, MD. I am looking for recommendations for any and all food delivery options - your favorite pizza place, pasta place, etc. . . I basically just want to order a meal and have it delivered to their home. The place can be cheap, expensive, or moderate. I am just want to make sure I send some tasty food.

I live here, unfortunately there are not a lot of good delivery options. Given the friends just had a baby, I'd send something from Mama Lucia - it's reliable Italian food - you could send a pizza and salad, or some pasta dishes (I like the shrimp and fettucine in a wine/butter sauce), and some canolis for dessert.

There's a Meiwah in Friendship Hts. that might deliver to ChCh. Love them (cold sesame noodles, mmm)

Also, SushiKo is right there & they could pick up if you got a gift certificate. I think that Indique Heights might deliver as well (yummy not totally traditional Indian food altho kinda spendy for what you get).

Meiwah also delivers sushi in addition to Chinese food.

Potomac Pizza has good sandwiches and salads as well as pizza.

Sala Thai delivers on the MD side, not sure about the DC side. Very yummy!

i like angelicos way better than corner slice - i tend to think of corner slice as the place where high school kids get lunch

Angelico's is awesome--my favorite pizza is the one with artichokes, carmelized onions, feta, spinach...sooo good.

Okay, I just realized that I haven't eaten lunch yet.
