| Where can I go to get a complete physical without insurance? I need somewhere that won't be $500. Thanks! |
| Anyone? |

Can't you just skip the physical? Nobody really needs a physical. Just go to the Dr. when you have a specific complaint. Read books to get advice on how to "stay healthy", etc.
Or, if someone is telling you that you must get a physical as a condition of employment (and it sounds like that's the case), it's pretty clear that they need to pay for that themselves. Esp. if you're talking about a nanny employer! |
| Minute clinic at cvs. It's like $60-70 |

OP, I was interested in going with a MinuteClinic once, and I was told that they do not examine anywhere that is not exposed; so, no physical internal exams, anywhere you have to show skin. They do vaccinations and other preventive care things. Here's a list:

OP - what do you mean by complete physical? The only reason I ask is because the last physical I had involved 3 things.
1. Blood work (normal screenings) 2. Blood pressure, heart rate, temp, height and weight. 3. Was asked if I had any specific concerns For all of those, I think you can go to Minute Clinic. If you need a pap smear or sim. internal exam, I would suggest planned parenthood. |

Thanks. It is not for an employer -just for my well being. I also need a mammogram and Pap smear and general blood work like cholesterol and diabetes screening. so CVS alone is not going to do it.

| Drs. Gray on Montgomery Ave. in Bethesda - $110. |
