Any employment lawyers out there? if so- which firm is more aggressive, strong reputation and known for getting outstanding results ;
katz, marshall and banks
bernabei and wachtel
webster, frederickson, correia and puth
heller huron
Cook, Craig, Francunzenko

I have given intakes to three of these firms and have been told to come in to meet with a partner..

If the facts are on your side, any of these lawyers will do. If you have favorable facts, you want an attorney who will get you a quick settlement, and not an overly aggressive attorney who will run up his/her fees. As a former defense attorney, I can tell you that my clients would decide on a sngle settlement number early on, so the more of that money they pay for defense fees or your lawyers' fees is less money for you.

If you have good facts, go with Debbie Katz. Her firm has a good reputation and she has the experience to get you a good settlement.

Kaz, Bernabei and Heller are all good firms. You can't go wrong with any of them.

Interesting take. I have a friend who's a plaintiffs lawyer who says the defense lawyers always put her clients through the paces and settle toward trial. Often for more than they could have early on. Maybe it's changed.
