the fact that the GOP said from the very beginning that they would make sure that Obama was a one-term president. To me, that says, that they had no intention of working with him hing isfrom the start. So, how much do you think was going to get accomplished w/a House & Senate majority? It's an accomplishment that Obama got anything done.

With unfettered discretion for TWO YEARS (i.e., Obama plus majority democrats in the house and senate), Obama should have gotten a hell of a lot done.

Unfettered discretion! He could have passed anything!

Obama had a 100% liberal rating as a senator... He said we won and get in the back of the bus. Then he rammed thru Obamacare with hyper partisan reconciliation. He got treated the same way he treats others and he should have no problem with that.

This. Obama did not try to work across the aisle. He came in cramming his policies down on the Republicans without regard to working with them in a bipartisan manner. What the hell did he expect in return?

I do. And confident he will. He was governor of Massachusetts. Bill Clinton worked with republicans. It's not unheard of.
