| Can anyone recommend their chiro, massage therapist or PT for back and shoulder pain? My neck and back are extremely tight and possibly contributing to migraine headaches. We live in Alexandria- the closer the better but I'll drive for a good specialist. TIA! |

| Great PT called Back in Motion. They have a Kingstowne location. I go their one in Lorton, but you get one on one attention with an actual Physical Therapist, not like Inova, where you see the PT asst for all your visits but the first and last. |
