i give the edge to obama. and im a dem full disclosure.
romney is going to ask to get specific (although obama should be asked the same thing but thats neither here nor there) and im sure will start bumbling and fumbling creating a moment that will be replayed the next day. obama may go general on his second term agenda but im sure it will be seen as the next big thing regardless. he may get pushed a bit on why things are still slow under him but thats ok. ill be playing a drinking game and will probably be drunk by the intro since im taking shots every time, bush, came in to office under the worse economic crisis in history, gm, and 29 straight months of jobs is mentioned. |
I'll be right there with you, because I'm drinking every time anyone mentions taxing the job creators, saving Medicare or punishing success.
Obama will crush Romney, because he's going to be way too busy trying to find a moment to release his well-rehearsed (and thus utterly pointless) "zingers." |
Honestly, it will not matter. Both sides will claim victory but nothing will be said that will really move the polls. I dont even bother to watch it. I will just read the paper on on Thursday. |
The American people!
I kid. |
Netflix. |
Neither.. Both are very good debaters and PP is right... Both sides will spin and claim victory. |
Romney, been looking forward to it for some time. |
OBAMA!!! |
Romney. At least, that is what the spin will say- I imagine they will both perform competently, but since Romney's receiving the loser edit lately I think he basically has to do a halfway decent job and the media will proclaim him the winner and declare that he is starting to rebound, race is tightening, etc. That way the ever-hungry media beast will have a new narrative to run with. Cynically, I think there actual performance barely matters- unless one of the makes a major flub. |
Obama. I know this because after 4 years of mocking Obama's rhetorical skills, the conservative flaks and pundits are now falling all over themselves telling everyone how formidable he is.
I figure if he convinced his enemies, it must be true. |
The bankers |
Well that was a given. But which politician? |
The media will spin it toward Obama. Not sure who will actually win. |
like these debates will change anyone's mind. |
'Bama. Romney will come off too hard up, which he is. B will be cool as a cuc, he knows how to act. |
