Q for clean eaters (those who eat all [or mostly all] organic foods, unprocessed foods, etc.)

How do you handle take-out and/or restaurant meals? Do you just never do either? Or you do it infrequently, and just accept that there will be times when the foods you eat will not be organic/grass-fed/sans hormones/etc., and will be processed, etc.?

Ever since I started making an effort to eat more cleanly (i.e., unprocessed, organic, a lot of minimally seasoned and raw foods), I find that I can barely stomach a typical restaurant entree (especially because of the sodium levels, which I now notice like i never have before).

We don't eat out much, but when we do I don't worry about it at all.

Where do you go out to eat? There are quite a few farm to table restaurants in the area that use organic, non-processed foods and grass-fed meats.

I try not to think about it.

We don't go out much, but when we do I don't worry about it. We also just don't do fast food anymore, and when we do have take out it is usually pizza from the local place that uses real ingredients, even if they aren't local/organic, etc.

Can you name some (in NOVA)?

We don't go out much, but when we do I don't stress about it. Life is too short to worry about every bite. I do that enough at home

Only things I eat out are Indian and Mexican..both fairly clean foods....especially indian.

We don't eat out much... but when we do, we don't make a big deal about it. Life is too short. And yeah, most restaurant food tastes pretty gross at this point.
