Have you called the Easter Seals preschool in Falls Church? I know they are considered an integrated preschool. They might have some spots.

I would love to speak to you further about your experience with Fairfax County preschool. My son has dyspraxia and PPD-NOS. We are hoping he will qualify for the preschool, as we just moved to Fairfax County.

Hi there,

My 3 year old (& 4 months) sounds a lot like your son. He is in an AM special education in FCPS. I'm looking for playdates for my son starting in early November. Please let me know if you would be interested in getting the boys together from time to time on the weekend. I live in Reston. Good luck getting day care. I know how hard it is. I rely on my parents and a babysitter.

Also, does anyone have advice about teacher writing daily reports. My son's 1st teacher was fanastic about writing details notes daily. I'm not getting these daily notes
this academic year (although I requested it during a home visit). It's frustrating b/c I have don't have a good idea how to gauge how he is doing in school week by week. I'm going to start e-mailing teacher with specific questions, but wondering what other folks have experienced.
