What kind of stuff do they do? Do they bring equipment?
I have a treadmill already. I have recently had #2 and have not had much luck losing the baby weight. Please talk to me about a personal trainer that comes to your house! |
| Hi! My name is Sara Gray and I am a personal trainer that will come to your house. I bring a variety of equipment with me so it does not require you to have that much on hand. Please feel free to email me, saralgray10@gmail.com if you are interested in learning more and possibly setting up a meeting. |
| Im pregnant now and have a trainer come to my house twice a week. SHe specializes in home training. I have my own light weights but she brings plenty of things and we do something different all the time. She brings a balance ball, medicine balls, bands etc. We do lots of mat work, yoga and intervals, I think a lot of its geared toward pregnancy though. |
| I would to find someone who works in Northern VA--Fairfax County. |
| Why not just do p90x, insanity, beach body. Etc? Can be done in the privacy of your home, and you basically use your body, with a few equipment. No trainer to pay. Huge results! |

Has anyone seen good results with the trainer coming to their home?
Also, what is p90x? I have no equipment besides the treadmill and am pretty hesitant to buy tons of equipment into our teeny house. And isn't it more beneficial to have a trainer tell you what you need exactly? Like my arms are super flabby but by stomach has gotten pretty tight... |

I had a trainer. She brought her own stuff. I feel iffy about it. It was too much money but I can slack even with videos, but I don't think the results were much better.
Also, OP, it's 80-90% diet, so I would start there. Exercise is for toning not weight loss. |
