Full day pre-school for 2 yr old in NW DC, Bethesda, or Chevy Chase

We are looking for a pre-school that takes two-year-olds in NW DC, Bethesda, or Chevy Chase. We need full day coverage because of our work schedules (8:00-4:30ish). I don't know if this makes a difference but we want something more school oriented than daycare oriented. We also want a place that will be loving and nurturing not just educational. And, we would like to keep the cost under $18,000/year. Anyone have any ideas? Is this too tall of an order?

Rock Creek Montessori still has space for 2 year olds and is $10,200 for 9-3 school.
