He should have been arrested in a normal/professional way then for destruction of property. The Feds failing to do their job in that incident led to the unfortunate and unnecessary circumstance when two idiot Feds murdered a citizen.

DP. Yes indeed, he should have been arrested when he kicked the taillight out of the truck while throwing a tantrum. However, let’s not pretend that if he *had* been arrested at that time, you wouldn’t have been outraged at that.

I applaud law enforcement when they do their job correctly and if they had done their job correctly during the 1st incident with this guy, he likely wouldn't have been murdered during the second incident. Anyone with an IQ over 80 understands the concept of appreciating professional behavior from law enforcement. It's very clear law enforcement failed to do their job correctly in both incidents involving Pretti. Anyone arguing against that fact is a complete and utter idiot.

So they plotted, planned and murdered him because he broke a taillight on their company car?

They killed Renee Good for less. It’s that small D energy - they don’t want anyone crossing them.

So you’re saying the Feds targeted him?

That’s an odd angle. He targeted and went after ICE, TWICE- with a broken rib obtaining from acting like a fool. That’s some extreme dedication to interfering. And considering ICE pushed him away and he still kept inserting himself in between the officers and the lady they were also pushing away.

That dog don’t hunt. Go back to your masters for new instructions.

DP. No, of course not. Simply that he was no “peaceful protester,” which is the narrative being pushed. I don’t see how anyone could watch this video and come to any other conclusion about his behavior.

I’d like to know more about the ICE agents that killed him. Are they drunks who drive? Are they PTSD basketcases who beat their mail order brides? I don’t think we can do a full assessment of anyone’s behavior without a complete background check.

Yes it’s been posted. I don’t think it helps the Fed’s, though.

What? It absolutely helps the feds. He was a known violent protestor who had previously attacked feds. Speaks to threat assessment.

You don’t get to shoot someone for kicking a car a week ago any more than you get to shoot someone for helping a woman up who you shoved into the street.

These Federal Officer bozos failed to arrest an individual when they should have and then murdered that same individual a week later. Embarrassing and shameful work by the LEOs in this case.

Although, to be fair, it does look like they tried to run him over in the first incident. That's what led to him kicking the tail light. So it's not like they didn't try.

Even heads of FBI field offices.

He aggressively kicked and broke the tail light of the officers car. His friends all did interviews say he was "obsessed" with ICE and got "adrenaline rushes" from the confirmation with ICE officers. This looks really bad.

Being a dumb A isn't something that gets you murdered by professional law enforcement officers. If being a dumb A was a legal death sentence, you'd be dead.

The video. It looks, at the beginning, like they tried to back into him.

It looks like the feeling was mutual, since they targeted him for retribution and then shot him multiple times IN THE BACK.

The difference is the guy kicking in the tail light was just an ordinary citizen doing stupid things and the officers were paid professionals who did their jobs very unprofessionally to the extent that they unnecessarily killed a citizen.

He was shot in the back. That was even a nono in the wild west.

I agree, it looks terrible for the agents that targeted and murdered an unarmed man by shooting him in the back.
