He died AFTER inhaling the fumes. It is not known in he died BECAUSE of inhaling those fumes.

Considering the number of people involved in these demonstrations, it seems likely from a simple actuarial standpoint that there would be a death or two among them.
BTW, although I don't support either insulting Muhammad or burning flags, it seems to me that in terms of abstract principle they are quite similar. But I would venture to guess that many Muslim Fundamentalists and American Exceptionalists would fail to see a parallel. |
