Downsizing~~ Condo suggestions

We are thinking of selling our single family home and moving in to a Condo.
We would like to keep the price as close to 350k as we can. Fairfax County, Loudon County, near Quantico or Warrenton are places we would like to look. We are not opposed to a 50 and over community. Any ideas? |
