I don't get your question. What you are asking, what tests and when, is exactly what this calendar spells out. Now, if your question is about a specific test and who it is administered to, that's a different question.

It's all listed in the link that the OP provided. If you see a test listed in November and don't know what the test is or which grade takes it, just work your way backwards until you find the first day that test is given. The very first day of the testing window for that test will have a lengthier explanation of the test and grade levels impacted.
